Drinking your average Wu Yi tea or green tea every day can become tedious and the great taste does become boring every once and a while. Luckily for all of us tea guru’s we have the ability to spice up our tea life and mix green tea or wu yi tea with some special receipts that are out there. Today’s recipe I am going to share with you guys is called Spiced Tea mix.

How to make a spiced tea mix:

Spiced tea mix is amazing to drink and it even makes a good gift. Spiced tea mix is exactly how it sounds (tea mixed with delicious spices). For this mix we will be using ginger, cloves, cinnamon. The ingredients are as follows:

  • 3/4 cup of iced tea mix
  • 1.5 cups of sugar (brown or white will work fine with this mix)
  • 2 tea spoons of ground cinnamon (the finer the cinnamon the better it will mix with our tea)
  • 2 tea spoons of ground cloves
  • 1 tea spoon of ground ginger

This mix should get you around 5-6 cups of tea depending on how strong you mix your tea with the spices.

The instructions to making this great Wu Yi spiced tea mix are really simple: Put all of the ingredients in a bowl big enough to mix with. Then either with a simple stirring motion using a mixing spoon or stirring machine mix all the ingredients, including the Wu Yi tea, into one batch.

And it is as simple as mixing a few spices into a bowl some your favorite Wu Yi tea to make a delicious spiced Wu Yi tea mix. Serve and enjoy.
